Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your Vhavo Air. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
How to Start a Return
Email us at vhavoair@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Vhavo Air arrives damaged or isn't working correctly, contact us right away at vhavoair@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Who Covers Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover it.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used and show signs of wear may not be eligible for return.
